An Efficient Analytical Approach for the Periodicity of Nano/Microelectromechanical Systems’ Oscillators

Periodic behavior analysis of nano/microelectromechanical systems (N/MEMS) is an essential field owing to their many promising applications in microinstruments. The interesting and unique properties these systems, particularly, small size, batch fabrication, low power consumption, high reliability, have fascinated researchers industries implement structures for the production different microdevices. dynamic oscillatory N/MEMS very intricate due various types nonlinearities present structures. foremost objective this study explore periodicity problems from N/MEMS. variational iteration method (VIM), which has been considered as effective approach nonlinear oscillators, coupled with Laplace transform obtain approximate analytic solution vibratory fewer computations. This coupling VIM not only helps identification Lagrange multiplier without getting into details cryptic theory variations, but also finds frequency-amplitude relationship A generalized equation followed by three examples special cases are given elucidate effectivity coupling. obtained Laplace-based exhibits good agreement observations numerically higher accuracy yields when compared other established techniques open literature.
